For purchases $350 and above (before GST), we provide free delivery! For anything below $350, there is a flat $30 surcharge to anywhere on the Singapore mainland ($50 for Jurong Island, Sentosa).

We understand that there might be a faulty product once in a while despite our best efforts to ensure quality. Please bring the goods back to us and we will investigate if it was a manufacturing defect. We are more than happy to give you a refund/exchange if it is indeed a manufacturer's defect.
